While a selling agent represents the seller in the marketing, negotiation and sale of a property, a buyers agent solely represents the buyer in the sourcing, researching, negotiation and purchase of a property. We are entirely on your side — our job is to get you the best possible property at the lowest possible price.

Our fees are agreed upon upfront before the search begins — there are no surprises. Payment is due following exchange of contracts, and a small retainer is required to engage our services, which is deducted from any balance owing at exchange. In most cases, the money we save you far exceeds our fee.

Through many years of relationship-building with Sydney's best selling agents, we have access to off-market and pre-market properties that never appear on the public portals. This gives our clients a significant competitive advantage — and often means we can secure properties without competing at auction.
